My first order was very disappointing, but they reached out and refunded me for the purchase and gave me a gift card that I used to make a second purchase. The second purchase turned out alright.

We received two trees that had broken main trunk stems, so they will never grow beyond the height of those stems. I've asked and asked for them to be replaced ASAP without a satisfactory response! The response I get is that they are guaranteed for one year, that's completely unacceptable! I need replacements now.

I really like the fact that I could be reimbursed for the loss of trees. Was told at first that my card would be credited. Needed pics of dead trees. when I provided them they told me I could only receive a credit for trees, I wanted trees but you only had sizes that were much more expensive. My two cherry trees turned into one cherry tree and I had to pay $35 additional for it. Not a very good deal.

So easy to order. Tree came in a box and carefully packed. It was also in very good condition. The whole process was easy peasy!

The shopping experience was great. However, I called Wednesday morning (4/19) with a question. While the gal I spoke with answered my question, I felt she really didn’t want to be there.

Odering and shipping went great! The muscadine plants I ordered had really poor root sytems for 2 year cutlings, so i hope they survive. I think from here on out I'll just root my own.

UPS delayed the shipping by three days. Ty Ty did a great job with the order. Stock appears to be healthy.

We received the four paw paw trees, apparently in good condition, and immediately unpacked them, watered them, and put them in the shade. However, within a short time the leaves dried out and/or shriveled up. I’ve purchased and planted paw paws in the past and not had this issue. The temperature in CT was unseasonably warm when they arrived and I’m afraid they were baked en route. Could I get replacements?

Got these 5 foot Loblolly Pine Trees in the ground right away and watered every day. They still didn’t make it. I would not have bought these if I knew these larger trees are still bare root.

We have the trees planted! All we have to do is wait for them to grow. We got them in a timely manner, as well as neatly and safely boxed. Would have liked a little more instructions for the trees included for future reference to care and what to expect.
