Prior to my order, I contacted staff by phone as I had some questions. The staff member was cordial and knowledgeable. She provided me responses to my questions. Thereafter, I place the order in line and the process was easy and quick.

Pretty simple and easy.
My trees came healthy and are already putting out new leaves. The installation videos provided on the packets come in handy. Will ship from them again.

So far, so good. Planted my Eastern Redbud right away. The tree looks healthy and is a nice size and shape. It’s dormant so we’ll see what happens in the next few weeks.

Packaging good. Shipping prompt. However, the trees were not dormant when shipped as stated on website. So after two days of shipping, the two trees I received (April 20) had crispy, desiccated leaves. Very Sad. Planted anyway...have to wait and see if they can recover.

Very nice experience. Placed the order, got a confirmation, got a UPS tracking notification. Plants arrived 15 minutes ahead of delivery time. The plants were packed well and in good shape. They go in the ground tomorrow. Very satisfied!

Olive tree looks terrible- no limbs, just a sprout at the top and oddly enough a small branch at the bottom. Very bad plant for what I paid. Am not happy with the product at all.

i would do 1/2 star if available. my plants arrived partly dead and wilted.. worst customer service i have expetience. i have purchased much more expensive plants from Costal...i ordered 2 and it took receiving 7 plants to finally get two that were very healthy. the first five were frozen. costa adked no questions and did not make excuses-just replaced/no questions asked. i do not recommend TyTy for weeds!

The Sassafras Trees had little root. The others were good

Black bamboo arrived fast and packaged perfectly. Roots were covered and kept moist. I am very pleased with the whole transaction. I have them in a pot for now just to get them started here in our sunny hot weather.

2 of the three bamboo plants look like they were just cut out of the ground and need to wait to enjoy them even a little. Not worth the price

I’m disappointed. I bought 2 grape vines that said they were 3 yr old fruit bearing vines. I just got them today and they are bare roots! It looks like dead stems. There’s no vines and no leaves or anything on these! I probably won’t get anything from these for years if they aren’t dead! The bark is peeling off it totally dry. I’m unhappy. I coulda just bought from some place else then with vines and leaves already growing.
