Excellent customer support when I needed it. I needed to change my online order 6 hours after placing my order. The lady was helpful & personable. She even made an excellent suggestion for me. Communication via email came from both Ty Ty and thru the shipping service - that was comforting!

The tree came alive and in an ok condition. My only complaint is that I wasn’t given a heads up or any time frame when it was arriving, the roots came plastic wrapped and not in a container which I thought was odd, and not all of my order arrived. Again, I don’t know if it’s because I wasn’t told they will ship separately or if this is something I need to call and inquire about.

The plant is almost dead or dead sadly.
The leaves are totally dry and broken when you touch it.
It took three days from creating label to deliver. So, I think it was already dead when it was shipped out.
We also bought trees from Home Depot, whose quality is totally better than this one.
Will no longer buy from here anymore.

I hate Shop to track and besides - it won't load on my phone.
How about a regular tracking number?
