Easy to work with and order plants from. Good quality nursery stock. Just wish they were open to public as I live less than 12 miles from their location and shipping is expensive for such a short distance.

Ordered a shag bark hickory(4-5 ft). Received a stick, no leaves. Planted it, never produced one leaf. Have sent numerous emails and pictures. Keep being told it’s alive. I doubt it. Never will order from TyTy again.

Although the product (2 x bamboo plants) came well packaged, the item was delivered to the wrong address initially, even after having paid $25.99 for delivery. When it did show up (via an unknown neighbour) one of the two plants, in my opinion, resembles a single bamboo cane with a tiny amount of green foliage out of the top. Neither one is more than 4.5/5 ft. Hoping that it actually survives (most of it looks dead) so not exactly the product I thought I was purchasing. I have given 2 stars as it has been made clear there is a 1-year warranty. Fingers crossed.

All four plants showed up in good condition. We will see if they start growing. The grape vine looks totally naked but we have faith it will grow!

I ordered a Nikita's Gift Persimmon Tree. With shipping, the cost was $139.03. What I received was a stick with no leaves, no branches, and no root ball. Unfortunately, I only read reviews for this company AFTER I received my stick. Apparently, this is quite common for them. I have ordered dozens of trees over the years, and I have never received anything like this. How does this company stay in business?
