Prompt delivery. Tree pruned prior to shipping as described and in great condition. Directions for planting included in the shipping box, but it also helped to watch a YouTube video to understand the terms that were being used.

This is my first time ordering from you. When I opened the box the leaves were all dried and shriveled up. I planted it, it’ll be interesting to see if it survives. Not very impressed so far.

I ordered 4 plants but only got 3. It would be good to have instructions about the packets. Open them or put in as is? Refund?

I am pleased you had the plant I sought after. As far as shipping packaging etc. I am dissatisfied. While I understand Terra sorb is a great way to keep moisture around root mass I am afraid that the time it takes to ship promotes root rot. Upon opening my package I was sad to see 0 buds, a dormate stick figure of a plant and 1 primary root that was rotted. I am trying to mitigate and bring life to the plant and to be fair to your nursery I will allow time (I am a horticulturalist and landscaper for over 20 years) to tell if I can change my raging to help. For now 2 is the most honest and accurate score I can give. Pjllandscape05@yahoo.com is my email if you wish to correspond

Trees were received within 1 week of purchased in perfect condition for planting. Hopefully, they will grow to maturity in a few years!

Staff was friendly. Trees arrived promptly. It is to be determined whether trees have enough root structure so the trees will survive.

Tree came with leaves wilted like they were exposed to freezing temps. Will wait and see if it develops new leaves and comes out of it.

Trees and add-ons arrived very quickly. time will tell how well they will grow. It would be nice to include some instructions for the add-on items. I ordered two 7-8 foot apple trees and I think they were too big to cram EVERYTHING into one box. Both trees arrived with 1-2 of the primary branches broken off. That made me really sad. The box was intact and didn't look damaged in shipping. I think it was just too tight of a fit.

Product shipped in timely manner. As for the plant itself. Too new to rate. Followed planting instructions to a “T” so hoping they survive.

I am not completely satisfied with the products I have bought. I am not someone that complains easily. But for the price I paid for the trees, I expected them to be much larger in size. Secondly, even though the trees arrived in a box they did not look good. The apricot--all the new offshoots were broken. The fig tree was very dry and the leaves were all dead. I understand that items may incur some damage in transportation but I did not expect them to be in this condition and size for the amount of money paid.

The plant arrived nearly dead. I am hoping I can bring it back to life with some TLC...

My 6 bare root trees were shipped promptly, well packaged, and looking about as good as a 2 foot, bare root baby can look in April in Wisconsin. They’re already planted in the ground in prime Sun. I can’t wait to watch them grow and produce fruits. Assuming they take, I’ll surely be using Ty Ty again!
