Working with Ty was easy and I received my tree in timely fashion. My only concerns was that I was not told my 5-6 foot fig tree would not arrive with foliage. I'm hoping that once planted, it will sprout soon.

I ordered I black bamboo plant. It came nicely packaged and promptly. I was pleasantly surprised how big of a root system I was as sent. I will definitely be ordering more from this company.

I purchased a 3 gallon oleander, presumably in a container. Got a bare root plant instead. Hope it lives or I will test out the guarantee.

These arrived pretty battered. Should be able to post pictures in my review, but since I can’t I’ll describe.

Packaging was good, but the (2) grafted Paw Paw trees looked very strained with dried and and shriveled leaves.
I hope they bounce back now that they are in good soil.
Time will tell.

Tree came in a timely fashion. No limbs were broken, the packaging was great for protecting the new tree. Planted it a couple of days ago and now we just wait to see.

Packed really well. No leaves on tree but I am assuming it is supposed to be like that. Trunk is green so I know it's alive. Excited to see it grow.

The trees came in on time, but the had scrapes and tears on the trunks from zip ties. Also they looked very dried out. I did plant them to see if they will survive.

Received our plants and had ordered 3 each 3 year old brandy wine raspberry plants and two other raspberry plants. The three brandy wines were thinner than a pencil with very little root base while the other two were the size of a nickel with a large root base. Don’t believe we were sent 3 year old brandy wine plants.. very disappointed!!!
