I don't think I will receive the tree is too thin, I don't know how long it will take to grow leaves and flowers, some branches are broken, I'm sad to see it😭😭😭

Chestnut tree ordered as a gift. All the little branches were broken off, the top half of the roots were dry & it was very scrawny and crooked. After all the 5 star reviews I was extremely disappointed. I called them about it & the person I talked to did not seem concerned & just said they could not guarantee the size (caliper) or age of tree.

I ordered two trees which arrived in horrible condition. They appear very unlikely to survive planting.

Had a terrible drought last year and lost much. The good news is TyTy backed warranty on some. The bad news is they gave credit to rebuy. However, prices are higher and so is shipping. Did get the first shipment of some that arrived well packaged but 1 of the 3 Amling pecans was shipped dead. They all looked dead so I did the scratch test on the bark and the 3 Northern James and 2 Amling had green wood but 1 Amling was dead wood. Now if I get credit I am thinking I'll have to pay more tax and shipping to boot.

I ordered 2 trees and they were delivered in a timely manner. The trees looked very good after taking the out of the box.The trees also had some blooms already on them. I am very happy with them and I hope they grow and produce the fruits.

My plants came in dead. I bought 4 plants, 3 different types of trees and they all came in dry with brittle branches.

Plants arrived as described. Bare root seedlings, wrapped individually, then together for ease of packaging. Looking forward to planting tomorrow. I wanted to get them in today, but UPS never delivers on time here.

The shipment was quick and highly secured with safe, ice-freezing packings. The tree seedlings were in great shape. I planted them in the yard and cannot wait to see new sprouts and green leaves in the trees.
