I ordered a plum tree a pear tree, a raspberry, and two grape plants. Only the two trees arrived in the parcel. I didn’t get a clarification email stating the other three items were back ordered. Not impressed with an error like this. On the bright side the two trees look great.

The prices are comparable, if not a little high (especially on the shipping), and the plants arrived in a timely manner. However, they were shipped with water beads and no soil. The plants are very stressed. Two out of three have dropped any green they arrived with, and I'm particularly concerned about one. I have pictures.

My trees are not growing, but a little green at the base. They are not getting new limbs and every branch is brittle. Ty Ty nursery will not exchange them. They sent me a very insulting email when I told them I wanted them replaced or refunded. We paid for 4 to 5 foot trees, all we have are dead branches. Do not do business with this company.

I was very happy to find a medlar tree and a goji berry bush on the website. These are uncommon at our local garden centers and I'm trying to diversify my garden with more perennial fruits/veg. The prices seemed very reasonable, shipping was super fast, and the plants were very well packaged. I'm looking forward to seeing them thrive and produce!

Ordered 3 fruit trees only received 1 (Pear Tree) and it was pretty much dead when it got here. Planted it and trying to bring it back to life. Would like to be refunded for the other 2 trees I did not receive.
