I ordered 2 trees from TyTy. Both the same kind but one was 6-8 ft tall and the other was 4-5 ft. Shipping was quick and the packaging was great for protecting the trees. My main problem was that the 4-5 ft "tree" was little more than a sapling. It was no bigger around than a pencil and had exactly two roots. If I had put it on a scale it would have weighed less than a pound. I am extremely disappointed with how tiny it is and very skeptical that it will survive. Even if it does survive it will take years to get to the size of the other tree. I am giving 2 stars because the other tree was acceptable but I would not order from this company again . There should be a description of trunk diameter along with the height so customers know what they are in for. The tiny tree was not worth any amount of money.

I am a little disappointed as all the roots seems to be smashed on transit. This is not TYTY fault per say, but it could of been packaged better. I feel I lost my money on this order, hopefully they will reach out to make this right.

Bought bare root Pomegranate and Plum trees and they arrived quickly and in good shape. Bigger than I expected for the price. Nice! They are in shock now but I'm expecting them to recover soon. The Pom was full of leaves, and the Plum was bare but supple and bendy. I expect that to bud and leaf out soon. Came packed with water gel all around the roots. Liked this first experience.

This was the first time I ordered from TyTy Nursery. I was very happy with the selection and purchased two apple trees that I couldn’t find together anywhere else. The communication was excellent and shipping super speedy. The trees were in great shape except that over half of the branches on one side of one of the trees were broken off. I know it happened during shipping and it made me so sad. I pruned the trees the best I could and I’m hoping the tree survives, but with all of the pruning I had to do to clean up the limbs I’m not sure what’s going to happen. I am hoping this was a one time issue with the mail service and plan to order from TyTy again.
