Well this review is an interesting one. I ordered two trees online back in Feb. unfortunately for me it was lost in cyber space somewhere. Luckily, when i called to check on my order and when it would ship, I discovered they had no order and the trees i wanted were the 4 to 5 foot ones were no longer available and i could only get the 1 to 2 foot ones. The young lady that helped was extremely nice and helpful but it was still disappointing.

I lo I love this nursery. I’ve been watching the videos for years. So funny I purchased a 8’ green egg plum tree, which I have immediately planted in the ground and it’s just beautiful. I use Amazon pay and that went well. Tree came bare root in a 10’ box well wrapped for protection during transport. Which was also quick about 3 days. I will order again from them.

Very timely delivery. Unfortunately, three of the branch limbs were damaged and broken in the box that was shipped to me.

Items arrived very promptly! Ordered two 3-gallon trees and a 1 gallon vine. Came bundled together carefully, yet, securely in moisture packing. Seem to be very healthy! Have been in the ground for 3 days now and still beautiful!!

I ordered two trees for a gift, communication was excellent, they were reasonably priced and arrived in about five days, I will certainly shop here again

Not your fault, however our blackberries and kiwi were not delivered by UPS. I opened a claim from them and have not heard back. Pretty disappointed.

Tutu’s communications were top notch!! I love the chat feature on their website. Once shipped we got our trees in 24 hours. It took me a moment to find the planting instructions. I only them had to ask one additional question for spacing with multiple trees. I will be ordering again!

Both grapevines are intact and lost of strong roots. Waiting for signs of life to review again on growth. Fingers crossed. Very well packaged
