They shipped trees with no roots, after a long argument they refunded some of my money. Which is I get any tree but I still payed return shipping! That is their requirement! Be very careful if you want to do business with this company!!! I won't never never buy anything from them again!

Better clarity on describing a root string as a “gallon”.

I orderd 2-3 ft blueberry plants. I recieved 20 in blueberry plants. This is my first order and unfortuately I am very disappointed. We have been a fan of Starksbros for years. Thought we would try something new to get larger plants. No value in this purchase. I wish I could send them back.

I purchased this tree in memory of my parents. It was their favorite tree. It seems healthy and was planted yesterday. It has little leaves on it.

Received 5 bald Cyprus bareroots as ordered. Strong 4-5 foot trees. Height of trees includes about 1 foot of root, so were 3-4 ft tall when planted.

I am so happy to have received my tree. The process of ordering the tree was very easy, and I am glad that Ty Ty nursery was careful in the shipping. I received the tree in a great time for planting. The tree was very well protected. And I look forward to the shade that it will provide in my yard in the years to come.

It's really quite simple - their prices are very reasonable, the grape vines arrived quickly and in excellent condition. They also look very good, we are excited to see how they do! They are just now budding out but we are expecting great things. A good first experience for sure.

I ordered the Au Rosa Plum tree 1st week of March and received it by the 3rd week of March. They emailed me letting me know that shipping was postponed because the ground here in NY had freezing temperatures. A few days later it warmed up and they shipped it out. They still gave me the option to have it shipped while the temps were freezing, but didn't recommend it. Will definitely order from here again.

All the plants where wrapped all in the same plastic wrap! They had no space between them whatsoever. It looked wrong. Other than that the condition of the plants looked okay and you could see some sprouts. The way they where packaged was not professional.
