Tree was in good shape when delivered. We planted it the same day it was delivered. Tree is dormant so we have to wait and see how the tree buds out later this spring.

Have ordered a few times, always quick shipping with very healthy trees. Doesn't hurt that they are also very well priced.

I purchased four blueberry bushes and they arrive fast, however one of the plant seems much worst than others with dried and falling leaves. I hope it lives.

The tree arrived with 2 broken branch shoots in the box among other fallen leaves.
Lots of leaves fell off and the remaining leaves are all wilted and drooping.
The box is fine, looks well designed, this is just poor storage and handling of the tree prior to shipping it, looks like it hasn't seen soil or light in a week. The graft site doesn't look so hot either but we'll see how it turns out.
If I knew how the tree would look upon arrival I wouldn't have purchased it.

I planted the tree and it looks to be in good shape. I DID NOT RECEIVE the Max Growth Tree Shelter which was an extra $15.00. Either send it or return what I paid for it.

The mulberry tree arrived on the day expected. I appreciate that I received several notices giving me time to prepare for planting. The tree is awesome! has leaves and berries, a nice form and seems very healthy.

I was impressed with the care that went into the packaging. The bamboo arrived quickly & very healthy looking. Basic instructions would have been nice, but I understand that is on me. I have planted many trees on our ranch but a 1st for bamboo.

Trees came in great conditions with long roots. They had green buds just forming. So they shipped at the perfect timing. This is our 3rd time buying from tyty.
