I recently requested a Red Maple for my backyard. Unfortunately after the purchase I found out it is toxic to horses. I have a horse rescue behind me. I had to cancel the order and trade it for a maple that was not toxic. Marlene and another young lady was very helpful and patient with me. They did their own research on the trees and recommended the best fit for me. Excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase from them. Although I haven't received my tree as of yet, I am sure it will healthy and ready to grow. Thank you to TY TY Nursery. đ

The blueberry plants were wrapped up tight and arrived safely. Price was reasonable as well. My only complaint was that I found checkout annoying. I wasnât even sure I had ordered them⊠or if I placed my order multiple times. Plants are great though!

Fast shipping and plants all arrived looking healthy. My only suggestion would be that I should have received some type of planting instructions for the 6 Apple trees - care and maintenance, etc. it also indicated on what little information was provided to plant to certain depth- a mark would indicate that. However, I did not see marks on any of the trees.

We ordered a 2-yr fruiting grapevine. The vines we packaged beautifully and came quickly. I would have given you 5 stars, but we were surprised that there were no planting instructions in the box. While it is easy to find generally accepted grapevine planting instructions on YouTube, etc., we were surprised we didn't receive any with our order. We have successfully planted grapevines before, so for us it wasn't a deal breaker, but you might want to consider that in the future. We did plant the vines and we already have buds! Good quality vine stock.

The leaves were all dried up and had broke off the tree in the box.

The tree arrived looking dead. I planted it the next day and watered it well. We will see if it makes it.
Also, more detailed planting instructions would have been helpful.
