Ordered 4 trees. 1 died because it had no roots when shipped. Tyty customer service said it would take months to reimburse. 1 arrived with fungus and many black leaves. 1 was cut across the top to fit in a 5-6 foot box when it should not have been cut or shipped. 1 seems okay. Highly UNrecommended. Find a better nursery.

I am giving 5 stars as my Eastern Redbud was shipped quickly and boxed well with the rootball being kept moist. it was only been in the ground a week so likely will be at least 2-3 more weeks before I see growth. Looking forward to seeing the growth. Will have to update when I see growth.

Out of four, two looked good, one looked not so good, one looked pretty dead on arrival. I was still hopeful and went ahead and plant them all. The one “dead” looking one on arrival still looks dead. The one looked “not so good” on arrival looks hopeful in ground. Time will tell. Hope to get a replacement (rather than refund) on the dead plant- Arapaho thornless blackberry plant, 3yr bearing size.

Ordered several trees in autumn 2022. TyTy couldnt ship the order because the trees had to "be made dormant". OK. Now in April 2023 we got a note that they cant ship some of our order because of a decease (while trees where dormant?). Then we received another note that our other trees cant be shipped because they ran out (while dormant.....). What a BS.

started communication with the nursery last May and sent pictures which they lost, the tree died and was brown and would have been good customer service to follow up and send the replacement in the fall so it can get a good start over the winter .. lacking good customer service and phone system needs help to get customer service to answer.. Tree replacement looks healthy

I’m very unhappy with my purchase. I ordered an 8 to 9 foot silk tree that was said to be trimmed down a third. What I received was a 76 inch bowed stick with no branches or leaves. The roots were so brittle several broke off when I carefully unwrapped them. I have watered the tree everyday for almost three weeks, and there is no sign of even a tiny bud of life. I sent pictures to customer service and was told it was a dormant tree and to wait. I have a red silk tree in my backyard and the branches are very flexible as in they could have been easily wrapped up. This is not winter, and there should have been some sign of life.
