This order was to replace a tree ordered last year that didn't live. One of these trees is dead and the other is only sending shoots up from the base. Customer service is responsive but tired of ordering trees that don't live.

Bought almost impossible to find River Cane. I was worried given the cost and not knowing the nursery. Communication was great on knowing when it would arrive. It arrived in great condition and in the best packaging I have ever seen to make sure roots stayed wet and stems were not damaged. If I am looking for any hard to get plant, Ty Ty will be my first look.

Trees were not as tall as I had hoped and were not potted. I was not expecting to have to “unbox” 4 trees and plant them immediately. Other than that, they appear healthy and have some buds. I hope they make it.

The blackberry specimens were packed excellently, and the specimens were larger than I expected, between 18 inches to 2 feet tall. They were shipped out immediately after I ordered them also. I did not like the fact that you had to order a certain amount before a shipping amount was determined, and also thought that the shipping fee was too high. Otherwise, again the plants themselves were good plants. I ordered a raspberry plant from another nursery and when it arrived it was 3 inches tall.

Fast shipping. Was expecting a little better quality plants for what they cost. Trees and blueberry bushes look a little peaked but hoping they rebound and grow once planted. Time will tell.
