Plants ( two five-six foot trees) arrived quickly and in good shape. Packaging was superb. Trees only planted yesterday so we have to wait on survival. Previous trees have thrived and I expect the same here. Trees are well pruned as well.

I ordered a Butterfly Japanese Magnolia Tree from Ty Ty and it arrived in a very timely manner. Because two more days of cold weather were forecast, I took the “tree” out of the shipping box but kept it inside. The leaves immediately came to life and when I planted the tree when overnight lows were forecast in the 40s, it make itself right at home in my yard. I am anticipating a beautiful tree for years to come.

Excellent service! They answered my personal email questions in a timely manner. The website was very easily navigated for my shopping experience. My items were packaged VERY well. They take such good care to make sure the product gets to you safe and sound. It really showed. 10 out of 10! I plan to order from this company the next time I need something.

So far, so good. The order arrived quicker than expected and will be planted today. We will see if they survive planting and thrive.

The bare root Jane Japanese Magnolia arrived well-packaged and healthy, with bright green leaves and even though I could not plant it for a few days after delivery, the roots were still moist and ready for planting. Thanks

The initial experience was pretty horrible; putting aside a freeze during shipping, the initial customer service was reprehensible. That said, the owner did satisfy the purchase and send me living plants in replacement of the dead ones initially received. Still, until I am certain that the initial customer service individual is no longer employed there and some one competent and professional employed instead then I will not do any further business with nor recommend the nursery to anyone I know. I do commend the owner on swift action, though it should not have taken me submitting a google and bbb complaint, nor should he have had to gotten involved in the first place.

Very impressed with customer service, when we were having struggles with the internet the owner called us himself and we got everything worked out!

I purchased 2 apple trees, 1 peach tree, a plum tree and 2 grape vines, and everything is so much more than expected! I've bought trees from another place paying 3-5 times as much as Ty Ty Plant Nursery LLC, with mostly just a straight stick with roots. Ty Ty trees are great looking, high quality trees and vines! Peach tree is already blooming out, but I'll be planting them this very weekend, and prune for High Density in my smallish yard. I highly recommend and wish I had known about you long ago! Thanks so much May I ask that you get in some Bartlett Pear Trees, not sure about other kinds, but I hope to see them in the future. :)

I ordered one blackberry plant and one rabbit eye blueberry plant. Both plants arrived packaged nicely, with moisture preserving packing around roots.
