Good shipping time and they arrive in good condition. The roots one a couple of the trees were a lot shorter than expected. Maybe they’ll make it.

Ordered 4 rainier cherry trees from them and they all died. I have submitted photos and reached out for a refund and still nothing.

The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful (it was actually refreshing experience… she let me know I really needed two trees of the same kind so they would produce fruit)
I am supposed to receive my order today and I am very excited about it… I hope they are still thriving so I can get them planted..
thank you for all the help and hiring people that actually have valuable information
I would have been devastated if I purchased and wasn’t able to get any fruit from my trees

Got the grapevines and can't wait to see them leaf out! One was a little small, so I hope to see a lot of growth!

This was my first purchase from TyTy and the 6' Muscogee Crepe Myrtle arrived within a few days of purchase. Pricewise, TyTy seems to be one of the most competitive mail nurseries I've discovered, which is why I purchased the tree from them. The tree came well-packaged and it seems to be flourishing after being in the ground for a week. Will definitely purchase from this nursery again.

Their trees are packed with care in sturdy boxes that withstand the treatment they receive along the way.

I purchased two Yoshino Cherry trees. They were carefully packaged and showed up with no damage. We did not plant them immediately as we had several days of an unusually late freeze. Planting them was easy as the instructions were simple and clear. Cannot wait for these beauties to start to grow and fill out.

Have ordered twice, both times strong, straight trees were shipped, the first ones are growing well, second ones just planted. Great packaging.

First time purchasing trees so I wasn't sure what to expect. All bareroots were bundled and packaged carefully. Shipping was a breeze and all arrived in great condition. Will definitely make this a yearly tradition ordering from Ty Ty. Hope they grow and produce for many years!

I still haven’t received my shipment. UPS (whom you select for shipping) has delayed it twice. Maybe it’s weather related, but there’s no indication of that when I request updated information. It’s beyond frustrating because I’m concerned the longer I wait, the less likely these trees will live. My track record with TyTy isn’t the best. 🤯

This was my first time ordering, and the trees arrived well wrapped and packaged. The online process was simple, and once delivery was scheduled, very quick. I hope the trees add a lasting legacy to our family farm, and I intend to order more items for my own home in Florida.

The bare root tree was shipped Safe and Protected. Very good effort on their end.
