The quality of tree is looks like a dead trees, we had not good experience first time when we ordered and they gave to us refund that need to be spent in theirs store and minimum purchase was $40 plus shipping they gave us refund gift credit store on $39.40. And I need to pay for shipping again. We spent money again for not good tree...I am very upset with this purchases., I did try to attach a last tree but there is no option for it...

So I ordered 2 grape vines and two blueberry plants I got my package 3/16 opened it and thought we’re are the rest of my plants well didn’t know they had put them all in one so I called and asked and the lady that answered the call was kind of grumpy

The fig tree I ordered was not only tall, as promised, but had a nice thick trunk. I put it in the ground already and hope to have figs in the next year or two. If I have any criticism at all of Tyty it's that there could be a bit more description included with their items -- e.g., what kind of soil, sun, watering the plants prefer.

Fast shipping as usual. I’m in the next state over and sometimes I’ve gotten it the next day. Staff was always responsive. I thought I had issues with the company before but it was all my misunderstanding. I’ve made several orders and will make several more

Love my little bamboo plants. They’re so cute and looking very happy soon as they got some sun and water. Can’t wait for them to spread out and grow into a little grove!

Third year purchasing bamboo unfortunately neither of previous years have survived. But.. I didnt know about the refund policy till this past year either. Which was painless and simple. Third time's a charm right!!
