I appreciate your year guarantee but I still had to pay $40+* for shipping!! At least the new tree has roots. It has been easy working with your people.

The phone ordering customer service was great! However one of the Pine trees we ordered is very curved and I don't know if we will be able to get it to grow straight...

I don’t like giving a company a review until I have received the order. Please send review once order has arrived at my location. Thank you!

Lame customer service. Ordered $140 of trees/shrubs and one came obviously dead… asked them to replace… they won’t unless order would be over $40. Will not replace tree. Offer in store credit or refund. Prepare for trees to have minimal roots and not be as advertised.

The trees were improperly pruned which will result in poor future growth. One tree contained yellow spots on leaves.

Tree came well packaged. Tree in great condition. Will continue to monitor planted bare root fruit tree for thriving over time. Nice instructions, and supplies sent in shipment.

I got a couple of trees. 1 had died. TY asked for pictures, which I sent. Kept asking for a replacement and they kept asking to water the tree more often. I called again several times and got the same answer. This is their delay tactic.
Finally I had to threaten TY with a complaint to the BBB. They finally sent me a refund check.
TY has had several complaints reported to the BBB. I would not recommend TY.

Both times I've ordered from Ty Ty, my plants were well-packaged and received quickly. I will likely order from them again in the future.

Just received my trees after waiting 6 weeks and multiple delays. Too early to tell if the trees will thrive. Planted them right away. Time will tell.

I bought so far 5 trees from tyty one is a replacement for one i received with no roots at all it may grow someday but so far the only sign of life is green under the bark all three of the other trees i bought and received so far are in full wake up mode budding and leafing .I hope when the last arrives it is ready to grow and has roots . the packaging was good on all and shipping has been very quick though expensive .i would have been much more satisfied had more attention to the condition of the products shipped had all been of equal high quality . i am not impressed by having to go through the Hassel and expense of re ordering and potentially having to go through the Hassel of making a return with shipping and run around .
