Plants arrived broken and diseased. Called. Was told they would get back to me. 200 dollar purchase. Have never had this experience before with any of the companies I have gone through with my fruit trees.

I received the wrong plant! I submitted a chat request about it and still haven't gotten a response. I ordered an Anna Apple tree but was sent a Stanley Plum tree! The Stanley won't even produce fruit where I am located!!!
The plant I did receive, while wrong, was well packaged and looked fine for a bare root tree. Without planting it and finding out if it grows properly, that is all I can say about it.

Ordered three trees..The two persimmon trees, will see how they take - too early to tell, no leaves but trunk looks good. The loquat tree, leaves looked like they were infected. They are starting to fall off. Ill give it a chance, maybe it just needs adjustment to new home.

I ordered Shell Bark hickories from you because Ty TY was the only vendor I found that showed a photo of the unmistakable husk of the nut. There seems to be some confusion between Shell Bark and Shag Bark among vendors. You sent them right out and I'm pleased to tell you they are in the ground now.

both raspberry plants not growing, one of two blueberry plants not growing, one of two grape plants not growing...(the one nectarine tree looks good). was told I need to wait three months before anything not growing shall be addressed...I think I can recognize what is enough time based on the other plants purchased that are sprouting before notifying...what has sprouted, looks good...so we'll wait the requested time...as the jeopardy music plays...waiting to hear the answer to: How many Weeks it shall take to replace dead plants...

good, had one tree die from last year shipment a 4-5 footer, "Revival chestnut $79.75 ,order # 382042,, customer ID 285620 March 27 2022 at 3:50pm.
2022 when doing Fall yard work threw out dead tree when raking leaves and doing yard clean up,. Did not remember you offered refund and did not know to take picture of the dead tree, and keep any bark. But I liked your stuff so ordered again. Thanks for listening to me. I will try and to take picture and keep dead tree this year, thanks anyway. 62 year old retired Grandpa.
