All went good except the tops were all broken on the cherry tree. No leaves on the 7-8ft trees upon delivery. I took great pains/expense to plant these. If they make it, I’m pleased. Time will tell. Otherwise the experience has been pleasant and easy. Thanks for asking. -tom

Not very impressed with Ty I have ordered several from Ty Ty I gave them the benefit of doubt but I will not order from them again.
If you want cheaper and better you should go to perfectplants.com They send beautiful large green trees already leafed out. Larger and cheaper than Ty Ty’s bare root small expensive trees.

The packing method used was completely thoughtless. Bundle of plants came with base completely encased in a tight wad of packing tape and plastic wrap. The only way open to confirm the right items was to go at it with a knife, hoping I wasn't cutting through the plants. After finally hacking through the tape wad I found that the plants were shipped with bare roots packed with some sort of hydrating gel pellets, which got all over the place. Then I had to immediately go outside and plant them since the roots were exposed. Ive ordered from other websites and they shipped in much simpler and convenient packing, with roots potted in soil and peat moss. Not too complicated

All my bareroot trees and berries came packaged carefully and professionally, promptly, and all of which are now growing as expected after transplant. Ordered 5 to 6 ft trees and received one tree barely making 4 ft. and the other about 3 ft. 8 inches. Neither one had any branching nor did they have any roots except for a tap root with no ancillary roots. Contacted TyTy and they said to send photos. Trees had been planted anyway so it took some time to get photos due to the ranch where planted being so far away.
Photos were sent documenting the diminutive size of the trees and TyTy gave me a partial refund. I'm unsure how a tree with only a tap root can survive but we will see. To date, even though the temperatures are in the 70's and 80's and trees are budding out, these trees are not.
I would rate the trees as a "2" and the customer service at a "7". There are other nurseries and I would advise utilizing them for your needs.
