While the shipping was slower than I’m accustomed to, the tree arrived in the best condition and the best package of anyone else

So, I waited a little bit to write this review. I ordered 3 trees and they came wrapped. I was able to plant them within 2 days and noticed that there was still ice keeping the roots moist. They are all taking very well and already have leaves growing very nicely.
Would highly recommend getting trees this way with TyTy.

Great selection, and well packaged when shipped.

The tree shipped has been topped. As in all of the upward growth from the main stem has been cut to fit in a box. I can't imagine doing this to a tree especially one to be sold to a private, non-municipal bulk client.

So far so good. Fast shipping. Tree was packaged well with clear instructions. I bought this type of tree from another place two years ago and it died. I hope this one lives. This one looks healthier and bigger.

Order number is 420923, placed 01/30/2023 at 03:16PM has still not arrived after 2 phone calls. It was downsized once, and twice I was told it would be shipped "tomorrow".

Tree arrived with top cut and one main root broken. Leaves were drying. After several weeks in the ground, the stem and few leaves it has are still green, but it seems like a very difficult way to start.

I emailed several questions about a persimmon tree and quickly received a very detailed, helpful reply from Jordan. Excellent customer service even before I was a customer.
