i have been buying from ty ty years. i recently placed an order (#428289), and just a few days later you had a 15% discount promo. since my order had not shipped, i called to see id i could get the 15% on my order. the answer was a was an unusually unfriendly 'no'.
in the past i have had great success with your customer service. maybe that has changed.

Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. Our order was delayed in transit due to weather. Box arrived looking as though elephants had sat on it, but the tree appears to be ok. We cannot plant it yet due to weather conditions so we don't know how it will grow. It has fewer lower branches than we expected, but it will grow out

A good experience. Found what I wanted online, quickly. The price was reasonable. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was well done. So five stars.

Shagbark Hickory 4' -- I put it in the ground within 3 hours of receiving it and right before a very wet snow; a bit concerned how the tap root was cut but time will tell; hopeful and excited.

It was NOT a good experience. I bought 3 year old grape vines (fruiting size), and what I received were tiny plants, about 1/8 inch diameter with a couple roots. No signs of any pruning (too small). After several back and forth communications I was issued a credit. Not sure what else to buy because it likely won't be as advertised. I also bought a fig tree which may survive, but it's a 5 foot tree and it was shipped bare root. Also, I bought 2 pomegranate bushes. They were also bare root, but were not dormant. They took fully leafed out plants, took all the dirt off and shipped them. All the leaves have since died off. I don't think those will make it. That's not how to treat plants. Now I am stuck with what to buy with my credit. Just frustrating. They don't seem to know plants, which is odd.

Shipment came in a few days and trees packaged well to retain moisture on bare roots with moisture beads encased in a bag wrapped around roots.

It delivered as advertised. The real story is when you contact them with a problem or concern you hear back pretty quickly. I like a company that stands behind their products and service. I will shop here again.

I shopped with TyTy many years ago and decided it's time to get serious about my orchard this year, so already knew where I was shopping. I ordered raspberries, a blackberry and grapes this go 'round. Shipping was super fast, all arrived beautiful and in tip-top condition. I have plans to buy a load of fruit trees this April, so I'm just getting started. The prices are very affordable, and they have so many varieties, a few you can't find elsewhere, I am like a kid in a candy store!

Very easy to select what I wanted; great descriptions on how to take care of the trees I purchased. The prices are awesome compared to other online nurseries and the best things is TyTy is in my State!. I'm so glad I found them.
