Shipping was a disgrace. Crushed box, ripped in half and then taped back together poorly. Emailed shipping@tytyga.com twice no response, hopefully tree will survive, next is Google, yelp and Facebook reviews. Ask shipping for photos I sent

I realized I would not receive a mature tree but I think you should put in your description that the customer will be receiving a sapling. When 3 tiny sticks arrived at my house, I was shocked. It is a beautiful specimen once it is grown and flowering so I'm going to give it a real go raising it but I usually buy plants and trees a tad more established than this. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will have beautiful dwarf peppermint crepe myrtle trees a few years from now.

The trees arrived and the packaging was good, but they were not the quality I expected. Previous cuts were sloppy and the root balls were trimmed back severely for shipping, to an unhealthy extent. I hope they survive.

I ordered 8 plants. They were all in bad shape when they arrived. Severely wilted, broken branches. I think maybe a few will survive but the rest look dead or dying. So the quality of the plants I received was poor.
