When I ordered my plant. You sent me a message that you didn't have it, so I ordered one from somewhere else It came healthy with leaves. Then I get one from you and it was just a stick

Shipping box arrived intact and on schedule. However, when my arborist opened the box for the maekawa persimmon, he didn't see any live roots. We decided to plant the tree anyway and see if anything happens. I will watch the tree and update this review if the tree does make it.

my butterfly magnolia tree arrived looking dead and bare rooted. It looks like three very dead twigs. I have asked for a refund on my card. I am very disappointed in them.

Peach tree, berry bushes arrived in great condition. Planted immediately in ground. Will see how they grow. Weather in Upstate/ central New York fluctuate this time of year.

Tree got to me as if it were a branch I found in a park somewhere. Not worth it for the price. If I would have waited a few more days before ordering, I could have gotten a much more developed Eastern Redbud from Home Depot for $20. My own fault. Hopefully it grows into something beautiful. 2 stars for decent delivery.

Ordered 4 trees from TyTy Nursery — all arrived dead. Contacted support multiple times with photos and got no response. Very disappointing experience.

It was okay, I guess. I wasn’t expecting a full grown tree or anything but definitely expected more than the stick I received.

The gal I spoke to was very nice, however, the store’s policy about if you plant dies within the year and is replaced was another eye opener. Seems I purchased the plants at 50% off and now that they died and I wanted them to fulfill my replacement. Well it was going to cost me another 189$ just to get the lost plants. Not what I would call one for one plants. Most places replace free the plants that died and you just pay shipping. Not TYTY so I ended up finding another place to purchase plants locally for less than 1/2 of what they wanted to charge me. I guess my bad for not reading the Fine print better… Nope not going to do business here again.

I spent nearly $300 in plants and only one plant looks alive. When messaging customer service I was told I have to wait till June to get a refund. I want to replace these plants as they are taking up space in my garden and super dead.
