I paid seventy dollars for a tree that looked dead upon arrival this was a 3-4 foot tree. It looked like a skinny dead few twigs. I wish I could attach a picture to this review. After doing a scratch test only the first 6 inches was even still alive. This was also a bare root plant no where on the listing does it say that it is a bare root tree. I would not have ordered.

Ordered 2 6 ft blueberry bush. Both appear to be dead. Arrived with dry brown leaves. Neither bush is straight, both have weird bends in them. Won’t order again

Fast delivery. Bamboo is doing well. Pink dogwood looked dead on arrival. I planted it immediately, watered it and put it in a sunny spot. Still looks dead.

I ordered 2 mule palms. They arrived relatively quickly and looked like they were probably in a pretty healthy state at the time of shipment. The problem is, whoever packaged the palms bent the palm fronds in half and broke them to get them to fit in the box. They did it to both palm trees. The trees look horrible because of that. I had to finish cutting off all the bent/broken fronds because they looked awful and turned brown. I certainly expected better treatment of 2 $500 trees. I wrote an email to the nursery and received no response. These trees will wear these damaged fronds for a very long time if they survive. Too many brown fronds right now for such an expensive tree. Not happy with ty ty lack of responce.

Was sold as a 2 year old grape vine. It showed up a stick which had NO green when scraped. It was also brittle. Contacted them and after several videos and pics they said it wasn't dead. Well this was 1 month ago and I just trashed it!!
