All but 2 trees survived through the year, 1 cherry and the galaxy peach did not. I called about the garemtee and was told an email would be sent out to send pictures and move forward about a replacement, but have not recieved anything yet.

The bushes came in less than healthy state. Leaves dieing, top portion of one main tree stem broken. Doing my best to help it survive. Box came a day late. Trees were not indavidually boxed and appeared to have been root bound and a sharp object was used to sepperate the two indavidual bushes. You should ask the Arbor Day Foundation how to properly ship trees and bushes. They do an exalent job shipping and their trees are fantastic quality, ALWAYS healthy.

I opened the tree the moment I received it and put it into a bucket of water. I planted the tree and hand to GOD via the directions with in 2.5 hors of receiving the tree. When I received the tree the leaves were all drooped and in general the tree looked like it was suffering. I have watered the tree not to excess every day and the tree still does not look well. I have pictures if that can help. What needs to be done to help the tree? Peace, Laogey 443-250-1186

The tree arrived having lost all leaves. There was a small clump of gel crystals wrapped around the roots. I sent pictures of the condition of the tree to customer service and never received a response. Absolutely no service after the sale. Live and learn.

Ordering the trees we wanted was so easy. This is the second time I have ordered dogwood trees, the first ones were absolutely beautiful this year. Unfortunately one of the elderberry bushes I bought this time were broke in shipping, but we did research and hope since the are so hardy it will come back out. The way these trees are shipped to keep them alive is amazing, but understand shipping sometimes has issues. I have recommended Ty Ty to many friends family and friends.

I am very pleased with the trees that I received today. I have experience with ordering from other large online nurseries and there were several things that I liked about the trees that just arrived: 1) larger caliber trunks than I am used to, even for the height; 2) trees actually are in the dormant phase, exactly as described with buds just starting to form 3) packaging technique and materials were sturdier.

The purchase was easy enough, found the tree I wanted in a couple of height options, recommended add ons we're really available too.
The problem is more with the lack of instructions. Nothing came with the tree as far as whether to keep it inside or outside until planting, and no planting instructions either. There was a QR code for planting instructions but it went to a page with instructions for grape vines, palm trees, pecan trees, potted plants..... Nothing for the tree I purchased. I shouldn't have had to go to other websites for all of the instructions.
Maybe I can add back a star later if the tree grows well. We'll see.
