I received my grape vines and 1st year fertilizer packets. I planted them on the weekend and the nursery was closed until Monday so I couldn’t report my growth shelters were not in shipment. Contacted customer service and they wanted pictures of planted grapes, and they would send me email in which I could attach photos and get my shelters dispatched. Still waiting for customer service email.

Shopping was fine. Delivery was terrible. 6 foot tree boxed in cardboard without any reinforcement. Tree was delivered 5 days late with. The box broken open and split in half. Tree had all leaves very dry. Sent UPS

Paw paw trees had good roots but the top of one looks dead and the other branch it had was mashed. Dolgo were over the top couldn't expect more. Deer magnet persimmon didn't look good. Roots were almost nonexistent. Tree had been topped to fit box. Lower root areas had a black look to it which didn't look to good but possibly just the root color. In general I wouldn't do business with you guys anymore. 35 percent off isn't going to get me to risk buying more trees that looked uncarred for. Paw paw looked like it had been stored to long or something.

The nut trees were nice size. I only gave 4 stars because leaves on the trees were green but shriveled from the tree being dehydrated. I was disappointed about this. I ordered 4 grape vines and they were in good shape. Hopefully the trees will recover.

The AU Rosa Plum tree arrived with crispy leaves that are falling off. Last year I ordered a lapins cherry tree 7 feet and the thing never even leafed out.
I have planted hundreds of trees in my life, and only two of those did not succeed. One of those two was your cherry tree. And I now have similar concerns with AU Rosa plum tree. Please tell me how this gets remedied?

Two of the three trees we order look dead. We planted them but have little hope they will survive. The pomegranate tree looks good but the weeping willow is sketchy at best. Not a good value. So over $100 for three trees, one of which is likely to survive.

Recently (January) received a Peppermint Lace crape myrtle. It is leafing out well, HOWEVER, unless I am mistaken, it is not a crape myrtle. The leaves look more like a cherry tree.
