Customer service from this nursery is bad. We got 5 trees in two shipments. First one came with 3 trees, very bad in shape. They packed them without dirt and with jelly. The banana tree was bad, pomegranate was dying. The olive was fine. Right when we received, I called them and asked for pictures and we sent them. They do not acknowledge that we were not happy with the way pack them. They replied once by saying to give time but not understanding we were not happy at all. After that, they went silent. You DO NOT WANT TO BUY FROM THEM. Their customer service is very bad. I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered. Please don’t do this same mistake. Fast Growing Trees are excellent with their shipping. I would recommend them and they were cheaper too.

Honestly this might be my bad but they dont provide the proper information on it either, I was led to believe grape plants start producing at 3 years so when I buy their 3 year mature grape vine I’m thinking it will be able to harvest same year, what they dont mention is that with a bare root plant it takes 3 years of it being in the ground to produce. So I payed basically $70 including shipping for a stick in my yard, (a rental btw) for the next year or 2. I understand I should’ve educated myself a bit more but I definitely feel like they leave out proper information. I would’ve been better off going to Lowe’s and getting their $28 grape plants that already have fruit starting to show on the vine. Would’ve saved me a lot of money im super bummed.

Ordered two different Jujube trees----3 ' tall. Both trees arrived yesterrday (Monday) and got planted a couple of hours later. Both trees had leafed out and looked very healthy. Looking forward to a bit of fruit this fall and more next year.

Beware customers you really don't get a refund You have to spend $100 to get your refund!!
This survey Should be for my customer service experience not a current purchase! I was very displeased with the inaccurate information I was given on how to apply a refund credit to an existing cart. I tried several times I received different methods on how it was supposed to work. Then after three failures and two days I was given a message that I have to spend $100 to get my refund!!! I haven't gone back to try because I Don't need to buy plants.
