Ordered 3 bare root pawpaw trees. 2 arrived looking perfect. The third has a couple of broken limbs. It looks like it will survive but definitely will need to keep an eye on it.

The pawpaw, Redhaven peach, and Kieffer pear all arrived in good condition. The top 5 inches of the pawpaw was snapped in order to fit in the box, but neither the pear nor peach were damaged. The pear is already leafing out. Very pleased. Thank y’all!

I have now placed two orders at the nursery. I am not a fan. I ordered trees and bushes. They send only bare sticks, with roots. Maybe someday you will get fruit but the trees and bushes have no limbs, no leaves no fruit. I reached out to their customer service and they stated this is normal. So if you want something with limbs or leaves or fruit look elsewhere.

You only warranty trees for the first year. The new replacement trees come with no warranty. What happens if they die too? Your customer is out money and trees? What are the benefits of shopping through you with other companies offering warranties on the replacements as well?

Advertised free shipping yet charged over 100 for shipping, then all the plants and trees wrapped together with no warning, leading me to wait for more boxes. Emails remain unanswered and when I called was treated condescendingly. I have many more trees to buy, they won't get my business.

I have a very pleased with Ty Ty nursery. They have a diverse collection of plants available. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. They were conscientious about shipping and educating me how to plant my tree properly. So far so good, the Hickory tree is in place and I’m expecting it to shake off it’s dormancy and start sprouting leaves any day now. Solid communication, very responsive to my request.
