This was the first time ordering with this nursery. Shipping was fast. My fig tree is strong and healthy. I have NEVER received a tree from any other nursery (they all packed the same) that packed like this. The other nurseries need to take lessons from you. I wish now I had taken a picture to show everyone. Will I be ordering again? You bet!

Ordered 2 @ 3 gallon Pindo palms. Got the notification they were ready to ship. 2 days later a bad 2 weeks of weather are predicted to approach the South East. I am in NC, shipping is a 4 hr drive by car from Gerogia. Instead of shipping them, someone decided to leave them bare root in gel for 2+ weeks until the wether cleared. What I received was 2 @ Pindo palms with entire crowns desiccated to dust and roots brown and rotted. Sent all pictures in, no response for over 2 months after they responded management received them. No worries, first time trying this place. I will casually take my business to someone else.

I desperately wanted olive trees since they’re evergreen and have leaves rather than a standard pine/arborvitae with needles. We live in Georgia and they’re not as commonly found even though we’re in zone 8 where they can grow. TyTy had them in stock as well as 6-7’ size, which was not offered at Simply Trees & Fast Growing Trees. They’re really beautiful and I’m so happy I bought them!

Overall, disappointed with the plant quality that I received. Ordered 16 Blackberry plants of different varieties. I understand that I was likely to receive dormant plants, however I paid extra for "3 year bearing size" assuming I would receive some established root systems with a good primocane or two. What I received was all 16 plants bundled and jammed into a tiny box. We will see if they live, let alone bear any fruit this year.. Most of the roots were single strands or very little root system to speak of. The plants that did have leaves arrived very stressed out and are not looking so great.
Order speed was fine, and I think they tried to package the roots with ice to make the trip, but again just generally disappointed that I paid extra to receive something I could have gotten from my local nursery.

Our hydrangea plants arrived bare root wrapped in plastic and a damp paper. They were extremely wilted due to possible heat damage during shipping. We planted them as per planting instructions and are waiting to see if they recover. Not looking good as what leaves they had are wilted off.

The almond tree arrived healthy very beautiful. I gave it 4 stars because though I cancelled my first order and then immediately replaced the order using the sale code, Ty Ty used the full price tree. Both showed pending on my credit card and Ty Ty used the higher price option without the sales code. I have called and been on hold for over 30 minutes each time and cannot get through to them.

To Whom It May Concern: I have just received this order. When I purchase 5 foot trees, and I had the option to purchase far shorter and less-developed possibilities, I expect them to be straight, not crooked and each going in various directions. I opened the package as soon as it arrived and must say that this is not the green-leaved condition as I have received in previous orders from you; I realize shipping can have its effect but given our relatively close distance, just across the border in northern Florida, I suspect they were packaged in a similar condition. This is not what I expected for $334 and find it embarrassing to try and create a straight border with such twigs. This is certainly not the condition I expected. I could go one step further and photograph the four-five ft. example you sent to me versus the same size from one of your aggressive competitors. You will like be embarrassed. I was duped and am not happy about this.
