Happy with the trees. My only suggestion is I wish the root bundles were individually wrapped. Mine were wrapped together. I had a flowering magnolia that had to go into the ground immediately and an oak that was still dormant and could have waited. However as both roots systems were exposed after unwrapping, I had to plant both on the same day. Next time I will have both holes dug before unwrapping.

My order was returned by the shipper to TyTy without explanation to me or TyTy. This was after I made a two hour trip to the receiving location. When I spoke with the TyTy agent I received very little information about what had happened or when the shipment would be rescheduled.

I am so very disappointed. In Buffalo, NY the ground is still frozen! I specifically requested Josie not to send the pomegranate tree until after April 15,,,no it came with droopy leaves on it. What do I do this time? Y’all are in Georgia where it’s warm now! Please contact me with instructions! I also ordered a Stanley Plum tree months ago, what the deal with that one? I think you just want to make money, not being careful about shipping and zones.

Received my order and after a good inspection, everything was looking very good. Had to wait for a few days to plant the Banana Palm. But it was looking very healthy sitting in the tub of coconut husks.

The “WIP” tress were very small and stick like. Therefore sensitive to conditions and need pampering to survive. One of four died and given the reimbursement policies and this year pricing, we decided to just buy new trees from another bare root company.

Ordered two raspberry plants and only one survived, I've ordered multiple times from this company with a total of around 10 trees and bushes, only half survived the first year and only two are still alive atm. I'm still waiting on a resolution for the raspberry plant. I won't be ordering anything else from you in the future.

I order a 4’ tree and you put it in a smaller box. When I took it out the Limbs were broken. When I called you , you sent me an email stating that I need to prune the tree at planting and that is incorrect. You are not supposed to do that and I’m very disappointed on the feedback I got from you. You need to take the tree back and send me one that is not broken.
