The shopping experience was fine. I don't like, at all, how I now get emails from you every day. I keep identifying your emails as spam so eventually they will stop coming through. That is unfortunate because I would have considered buying from you in the future. It's over the top with these emails and I don't remember clicking a box that said I was ok with these daily promotions. You lost a customer as quick as you gained one.

Uummm first off I’m confused, disappointed and frankly pretty upset. I received what looks like a stick with roots. There are NO BRANCHES,LEAVES, NOTHING. I feel like I’m being pranked? I AM ASKING FOR A REFUND.

Plants arrived on time and healthy. Also prior to shipping i entered the wrong mailing address and they corrected it before shipping. So they do respond to emails Monday through Friday. Been a few days and plants still healthy but the loquat looks a little sad. I placed in pot instead of the ground and did partial shade as florida sun can be brutal to an unestablished tree.

bought Brazos blackberries. They looked a little dried out but they were immediately planted so will see. The biggest issue was the shipping cost at $31. That makes small purchases unaffordable.

Shipment was very fast. Unfortunately, they should have checked the weather report. Sat in the UPS truck two freezing days. Not sure how well the trees will come out of the frost die off.
