I made a purchase on 3/11 and I believe the shipping date said 7-10 days. My order has yet to ship. I have also sent 2 product refund request for my peach tree I purchased last year. It continues to have no buds on it. My other trees look grate. I’m love the products but wish the communication was more prompt and shipping on time.

Ordering the trees and other items was easy however the trees were shipped with roots just wrapped and trees dangling out there uncovered. Each of them had broken limbs by the time they got here.

The tree arrived pretty fast but had damaged branches and the height is smaller than the price point I paid for with a store credit for the same variety of tree I ordered two years ago that arrived dead. Nonetheless, TyTy tried to rectify the situation and I'm giving them points for that. If you can, buy local.

The trees were very well protected wrapped up in plastic and labeled.

Very disappointed that one of the four trees we received had the main taproot severed. On contacting, I was told to just plant it and that it should live but will take longer than the rest. The taproot was the size of a pencil where it was cut off and only three thread-like roots remain. This is not what I expected when I ordered.
