I planted the trees 3/21/26. Very happy with the shipping time and packaging except, I was very disappointed with the golden bamboos shipped which I did not order!!!!!!!! I attempted to call today but you are closed. I had attempted to order online but for some reason it would never allow me to check out. After two days I was able to order through your representative. My zip code is 83274 which is a zone 4-5. After your representative repeated my order she needed to calculate my discount and freight. At no time did she repeat an order for bamboo! I have never ordered bamboo and it does not grow here. When I ordered the previous two days my cart was considerably less. So I assume I was way overcharged for the freight. I need you to credit me for the bamboo and let me know what you want me to do with these plants! My cell 208-681-6436. Thank you Kendall

Overall, it was a good experience. I was given instructions about planting and fertilizing. Generously, you gave me a third plant. However, one of the fertilizer packets was double the size. Since they were not supposed to be opened, this meant that one plant got no fertilizer. So, I'll use the fertilizer I have for other plant.

The plant appears to be healthy, but still has not put on any leaves. Hopefully, they will be added in the month to come.

Using try for ten years and very happy with the results. Replacement guarantee is great. Mistakes are made and plants die but every time I have a problem they come through

Customer service is great! We purchased three plants from company. Two of the three didn’t make it and they provided us new ones. We are looking forward to seeing our trees grow.

I got a stick instead of a tree! Packed not carefully, broken when arrived, even not in a pot!

Im kind of disappointed with the hana persimon tree that I received because didn't have any roots it looks just like a branch that was cut from a tree but I hope that the money I paid was worth it.

This was my first order and I was impressed with extra care given to the packaging and most impressed with the size of the Yello Long Leaf Pine. It was very healthy and green. I also ordered the recommended fertilizer so I am hopeful the pine will survive.
I would recommend TyTy to my plant friends.

I ordered four trees. Two apple trees and two bananas. The roots on the banana bananas looked fantastic. The Ein Shemer apple tree also had great root. The Anna apple tree had very a puny root system. I have planted them and will leave more feedback when they become more established. I am worried about the Anna because of the root system not being that great compared to the other trees I purchased.
