they were great to work with. Plants arrived quickly and were in good shape. i've parked them in some raised beds until I can get them planted in the ground. Staff very helpful. The day after I placed the order, I noticed a big % off offer they had. I asked if they would consider applying that to my order and they agreed! That's rare these days.

I received a message that my order would be delayed due to the ground being frozen in my area. This was not true and I wanted to plant right away. Customer service immediately changed my order to immediate shipping at my request and I received it very quickly. Five stars because of customer service; trees appear in good shape so I'll give them five stars, too. If they don't survive it'll be my fault.

Customer care is zero. I tried to work with this company on a resolution. In return the only resolution option I was given was to return the trees with accruing fees and shipping charges.

The shipping/packing was good and timely, however the content of my shipment was not satisfactory. I received blackberry plants which claimed to be 3 year old plants, did not look like so at all. The plants were tiny and undeveloped. Infact one of the plants was just a single twig with almost no root at all, It looked like a cutting and not a mature plant at all. It will take a long time to grow, Disappointing experience
