So far I have received the package but I ordered 4 neutral packs and got 2. Poor attention to detail so you get 4 stars. I will amend my review depending on how my plants grow. I had two other plants that will now have to be planted without their neutra pack.

I am extremely pleased with the trees I ordered! The ONLY reason for not giving you 5 stars is because I would rather the roots on all 5 trees have not been wrapped together. I am older and have less stamina. Wrapping them together left me no choice but to plant all of them the same day. I would rather have planted them 1-2 at a time over the course of a long weekend.

I was pleased to receive exactly what I requested, i.e., 5 ft Beech trees without trimming of roots and limbs. I brought them back and carefully planted, so final satisfaction will be when they grow successfully.

Shipping was prompt and I received my order within about four business days after placing. The eight plants (listed as 4-5' tall) all came in a box about 10" square and with no soil. The stems on each (Crape Myrtle's) were very narrow and I guess I was looking for something a bit more mature and substantial. A neighbor (who is a tree broker and landscape architect) said he would not sell some of the ones I received because of where they divided below the ground and the lack of any form. One plant is a simple stick. We'll see if they develop with any proper form.

Two of the four trees are in major shock, totally busted out with leaves. Normally bare root trees are sent dormant, but these already have leaves. Trees have gone into shock, praying they will recover. Second issue was the roots, or lack there of. Trees are pretty much dying before my eyes. Contacted customer support as well as plant insurance multiple times. No reply. I normally order my trees elsewhere, but thought I would give TyTy an opportunity. I am sorry that I made that mistake at this point in time. I am extremely disappointed that they would not even address the issue with me. I am not a rookie at this. I have been dealing with farming over 50 years, I am pretty confident when I say that a tree will not make it. The two cherry trees are in shock but I am really taking care of them to pull them through. The two pear trees are a loss, had they been given a decent root structure, I may have been able to save them.
