Quick and easy

Ordered a Jujube tree. It arrived within 7 days, bare root. Planted it the next day and its doing great. Already have green buds coming out. Can't wait to see how this tree does in Texas.

EVERYTHING CAME AS ORDERED. THE TREES WERE WELL WRAPPED AND IN GREAT CONDITION. EVERY ITEM ORDERED WAS ACCOUNTED FOR. PUTTING TOGETHER THE TRUNK SUN SHIELDS WAS A PAIN...FOR ME. I TRIED SEVERAL VARIATIONS. (SUGGESTION: A SHORT HOW-TO VIDEO ON YOUR SITE WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL FOR THE NON-GIFTED). BUT ANYWAY THE TREES WERE GREAT LOOKING AND PACKED PERFECTLY. I "HELPED" MY 12 YEAR OLD GRANDSON PLANT TWO YESTERDAY. WE CREATED SOME MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST A LONG TIME
HOWEVER FYI, WHEN UPS DELIVERED THE PACKAGE THE BOX WAS BROKEN IN TWO IN THE MIDDLE ON THE FRONT STEPS IN THE FULL SUN FOR AROUND 3 HOURS BEFORE BEING DISCOVERED (DESPITE REQUESTING IT TO BE PLACED IN THE BACK IN THE SHADE. I SAY "DISCOVERED" BECAUSE THERE WAS NO DOOR KNOCK NOR DOOR BELL RUNG. AN EMAIL NOTICE/PHOTO WAS SENT WHEN DELIVERY WAS MADE BUT THE DELIVERY WAS NOT FOUND UNTIL 3 HOURS LATER SITTING IN FULL SUN.
I INFORMED UPS THAT NOT EVERYBODY IS CONNECTED ALL THE TIME AT THE HIP TO A NUISANCE PHONE . SOME PEOPLE AT TIMES LIKE TO BE NOT BOTHERED IN ORDER TO READ A HOW- TO- BOOK. A COURTESY KNOCK OR BELL RING WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE.

Delivered as promised

Pawpaw tree came quickly and was very well packed with no obvious shipping damage. I did have to contact customer service and send pictures over some concerns because the trunk had two visible wounds that were deep. The representative reviewed the pictures and assured me that the wounds were already healing over and should not affect viability or longevity. I’m a bit concerned that they sent me a tree with obvious wounds through the cambium on one side making me wonder if the tree was a “second” since it was on sale. They did not offer to extend the warranty. They sent me an emailed response to my concerns but due to IT issues the email had no content so I called the company and the representative addressed my concerns verbally.

I ordered 12 trees. Website said ships next day but indeed it was not next day. Took about 3 or 4 days to ship. Not a big deal just affected my plans to plant based on weather. Out of the 12 trees I was happy with 9. 3 of them were ones I would not have chosen if I was in person at a nursery

Easy to work with, prompt shipment with excellent packaging.

The 3yr old vines were about 18” tall and come bare root. We ordered 3 vines and 2 were already getting bud nubs at planting. Shipped quickly and were packaged well. The transplant mix packets that we included were much smaller than expected, but if they do the job that’s what counts. The vine shields were extremely easy to use. Looking forward to seeing the vines grow.

The plants are good, but stop the emails, please. I have unsubscribed multiple times. Please stop.

Good service but 1 of my blueberry bushes had multiple broken branches and my Kiki plant was very very small

I’m not sure how to rate this purchase yet, my experience using the website was normal, my cherry was not 5/6 feet looks like 4 and 1/2 as I’m 5 ft tall, both has no leaves, I planted them 4 hours after I receiving and am waiting to see if are alive.

These plants are beautiful. They have already settled in and leaves coming in a beautiful green!

I have not heard back on the order other than 1 email that it was delayed. Its over a month ago. A weekly update would be appreciate so that I can figure out when it will arrive.

The peach tree I purchased was as I expected. The banana plant I received does not appear to be a ‘4 year old’ plant. The plant is very small, with only 2 small strings of roots. Not only did it not pass my sense check, it was considerably smaller than a prior similar purchase.
