I give you a Zero. I never received the trees. The weather is hot and in the 80's.

It's a healthy plant but no instructions in the box. I know there are instructions on the website but that's inconvenient.

My 3 trees came in packaged well and trees look fantastic. I will get them planted and updated in a year or so.

The 4 Concord grapes I ordered came in with the moisture gel, and were in beautiful shape, I planted them the very next day..the stems and roots looked really viable, and I am sure they will do just fine!!!! Great Job!!!!

Was unaware that I was buying bare root, that was in the fine print. And, what I received looked like the roots of about four plants, not ten. Also, the shipping for some light bare root plants was too high.

Service was great & prompt. As a bulk buyer I was a little disappointed that even though I spent close to $2000 I got the standard discount offered to everyone all spring of 25% & immediately after my purchase they are offering 30% off to the public on any sized purchase. Guess it's a lesson learned if we buy from you again in the future, but kind of disappointing as a small family farm & nursery. We gave significant order & made a legitimate wholesale inquiry & were offered less of a discount than one of your standard promotions. Maybe not the spot for wholesale, but a nice selection none the less.

I ordered two trees of different species. They shipped quickly and well packaged together with plenty of desiccant? to keep moist. The 2-3 ft pecan was just as described and the diameter was great! For a slow growing tree, I am very happy for the size! Most places sell you a twig but not Tyty. I would buy again from them.

I ordered three fruit trees, two plums and one pluot tree. The plums had a nice root ball in the package, however the pluot was only a root with no soil or anything surrounding the root other than what the plums had. They were packed very well and the plums were actually blooming. All were planted immediately. I guess time will tell if they all survive. I have always trusted TyTy and will continue to order my plants from them.
