Plants were healthy with good roots and plump leaf buds.

I ordered a 7-8 foot tree, but after they pruned it, it was only three feet high. They really should prune first. If I had known this, I'd have spent the extra money on a larger tree That is the only complaint I have about TyTy Nursery. The trees are in good health and take well to transplanting. I've ever only had one tree that wouldn't break dormancy and they replaced. Excellent customer service.

My tree arrived right on time. It was a beautiful tree about 5 feet tall, Fully leaved and very healthy looking. I would certainly buy this tree anytime.
Unfortunately, Through no fault of Ty Ty nursery, the shipping box had been decimated in shipping by the common carrier and a large branch at been broken from the tree. We immediately processed a claim with the shipper and contacted Ty Ty customer service. They are replacing the tree free of charge and will look to the shipper for their compensation.
I could not ask for better customer service.

The trees were received in great shape. already planted. I appreciate that they were shipped so promptly and packing was very good - still damp roots. About 20 years ago I bought from you some crinum bulbs and Clerodendren Bungeii plants. Just so you know they are still going strong. Thanks for the great service.

Love the smell of pine trees. I order two Loblolly pine, one 5-6ft and one 2-3ft. They are both amazing and look wonderful.

I ordered two Southern Magnolias and they were shipped once the ground in my area was not frozen and could be planted, which I thought was extremely helpful. The trees themselves are exactly what I was hoping for and I could not be more pleased with them.

ordered a total of 5 Camellias with 3 different varieties beginning of January; within a few days I received my shipment; plants -were very well packaged. Plants turned out to be bigger and stronger than anticipated with lots of buds and a solid root ball. I could clearly see the color and shape of the flowers, which met the plant description online
They are just about 2 weeks in the ground now and so far the buds have not fallen off and plants seem to do just fine. very satisfied with my purchase

We live in Prospect, Ky and have a pool in our back yard. It has always been my dream to have palm trees around the pool. But, of course, the weather in Louisville can sometimes be a but brutal in the winter. We contacted TyTy and they were so knowledgeable about what type of Palm Tree would survive in our area. We bought 2 huge palm trees. 14 feet and 10 feet. We ordered them on a Sat morning and they were trucked up to us by Tues morning! They were healthy, beautiful trees that were packaged carefully. We planted them May 2014. So far they love their new home! We have had a bit of snow on the ground this winter and they are still going strong! Thank you so much to the people at TyTy Nursery!!
