Had read a lot of negative reviews about Ty Ty nursery after I had placed my order. As for my experience....there were zero problems. Quick delivery of two healthy trees. I would have no problem ordering from them again.

I have over the last six years placed orders with TyTy Nursery for quite a few olive trees. The trees I have ordered have arrived in very good condition and the trees are still alive and have grown a lot in the last few years. Ordering the olive trees was easy plus TyTy gives you lots of information on the trees including ways to plant them and even the climates the trees grow best in. I order all my tree from TyTy Nursery they are the best to me.

I am very please with the quality of the trees and how they look. I cannot wait until spring to see if they take. I was not very happy with the way the roots were packaged. Your shipping department must have put 6 layers of packing tape over the plastic bag. Although I was being very careful, my pen knife slipped and slit my left wrist right above my veins. Thank god the cut did not go deep and puncture the veins. I do however have a scar that makes it look like I tried to slit my wrist.

TyTy stands behind its sales. My plants arrived in a damaged condition due to the shipper. I notified the nursery of the potent ion harm and before the week was up I received a complete new order with healthy plants. I was completely surprised and would recommend TyTy to anyone. I'm not planning another order for blueberries. This is a nursery you can depend on doing what's right.

We received our 6 Italian Cypress Trees, very well packaged. It was delivered upside down, but because you included the tall rods, the tips of the trees were not damaged. The root balls were carefully and fully wrapped, making it easy to unwrap and plant while the soil was still moist. Very good planting instructions. I have marked on the wall how tall the trees are now and will measure again in a year! Very well pleased.
