Awesome service! I loved the ease of selection, purchase and shipping. TyTy had a great selection of fruit trees and awesome information about the item I bought. They also took great care with shipping. Loved it and will buy from them again.

Customer service help was great. Website for choosing plants- fantastic. I just received my plants. The blueberries look great. They are a good size. The 2 thornless Blackberries I bought are TINY. 3 branches on each. One had 1 broken branch and 2 cut back branches. They are supposed to be a 3 yr size. We shall see once I plant them maybe they will impress me

While I did receive the items I purchased they were all unfortunately damaged. Lots of broken branches and one of my shrubs was split in half :(

I was searching for some large fruit trees for our backyard that would produce within 1 - 2 years. I was delighted to see the variety and sizes that would suit our needs. I ordered 8 trees and 6 bushes. When they arrived I was completely satisfied with everything! I will definitely will order from TyTy again.

The entire staff was extremely helpful. They took time to work with me every time I called. Theresa was very patient and informative with me. They are a wonderful resource with a wealth of information. They don't just sell trees. They want your trees to flourish. I will be buying all the trees for my property from them.

Well the delivery was great, however, when I receive my plan, it seemed to be not healthy. It had some spots black spots white spots and it’s just didn’t look healthy. I immediately called the company and told them the situation and send pictures. The lady I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful and gave me instructions for what to do. I was a little bit disappointed because I didn’t expect the plan to be unhealthy, but I’m following the instructions they gave me. Fingers crossed that everything is gonna be OK I am pleased with the Customer Service. It is good customer service that makes people come back. So I am very pleased with that!
