I ordered a 5 to 6 foot McIntosh tree. It came in perfect condition. The packaging was terrific, and I would definitely recommend this company and will order again from them, thanks Ty Ty

Horrible experience, ordered $1,000.00 worth of trees and they showed up destroyed. Emailed pictures to customer service asking for replacements or a refund and havenât yet gotten a response.

Some phone static on your end but the employee answer all my questions. Web site to pay for things ended in me having to order on phone( that could be on my end overall all nice experience

Trees arrived in great shape and packaged well. I order 6 Pecan trees 4-5 ft and the Trees were each a little more than 5 ft tall..very pleased. I'll be ordering a few more later this week.

Shipping was fast and we're wrapped well. I ordered 3 plants and 2 were ok but one was a stem with 2 small roots. Got them planted that day but wonder if one will survive. Will know later.

I donât have lots to say. Order was quick and easy. I set a delivery date for 3 1/2 months from the time I pd for the trees. Seems legit, if it works out on delivery, I will order more.

Online ordering was a snap, and my questions were answered immediately on the phone by courteous staff. Plants arrived well protected and faster than estimated. This is all I can comment on so far. They have been planted, following the instructions on their website.

I wanted so badly to love Ty Ty Nursery but I have had just too many disappointments with this company. From approved insurance claims credits that can not be accessed or used, to unanswered questions about the wrong plants being sent, to very poor quality trees that have not yet died but are on their way, it has been such a disappointing relationship. I have ordered quite a few products from Ty Ty and admittedly, some are thriving. But for the most part, there are more negatives than positives and I will have to spend future funds elsewhere.
