I ordered raspberry and blueberry plants. They were shipped at the perfect time for planting, and they arrived in great condition. I also had previously emailed some questions about paw paw trees, and Ty Ty Nursery took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of knowledge about them. I ended up getting the paw paw at another nursery, but it was only because I decided to get a variety that was not available at Ty Ty at the time. I appreciated that info so much. I will buy from Ty Ty every time I need something from now on.

Had never worked with bare root trees before, but they arrived as advertised, are in the ground, and look healthy.

I have a few complaints about the recent order that I placed, #620224.
This item was advertised as a 6 inch clump of green bamboo, up to 6 ft tall. Attached are the pictures of what I received.
1.) The clump isn't 6 inches. It's barely 2 inches if we're only counting the plants. If you insist on counting the dirt and plastic wrap, even that falls short of 4 inches, which is a far cry from 6 ... 4^2/6^2 is less than half the plant that we should've received.
2.) In the same vein, the "up to" part of the description is doing some fairly heavy lifting, with the entire package barely 3 feet tall including the packaging.
3.) Of the three sprouts that arrived in the "clump", one (the middle) is straight up dead - dry and brittle. The one sprout on the left is about 1/8" wide. The only one of any reasonable size - the sprout on the right at around 1/4" wide - has its upper third withered and dead.
4.) I thought this was supposed to be green bamboo? These sprouts are all yellow, the ones alive at least.
All in all, the quality of this order leaves much to be desired. I would still like this product, because I was looking for this plant. How would you suggest making this right?

The experience of ordering and receiving my tree was terrific. The only thing was that I was not able to find all the fruit trees I was looking for.

Second time buying fruit trees from them. I like that the first question they ask is, what zone are you in? Enter you zip code and it's off to the races. If you want something not suitable for your growing zone, they'll assist you with an alternative.

I haven't received anything but annoying e-mails. Maybe wait till the product is delivered before begging for reviews. Pestering e-mails are my only experience to share!

I am personally and professionally very familiar with a healthy size and root system for a 3 gallon plant. the plants I received are undersized, underdeveloped, and stressed. I’m disappointed.
