They have great selections of plants and a very easy ordering system. Their customer service is very friendly and quick to respond. I messed up and deleted my order recipt. I emailed Their customer service for copies. It was less than twenty four hours and they emailed me copies of my orders. The email was not o only fast and helpful but very friendly. I highly recommend TyTy nursery without any reservations.

Zero stars- paid and then was told the tree would not ship until March (ordered in December and no notation when placing order). Requested refund three times and did not receive, was told two or three times when I emailed that they were digging up the tree and expecting to ship in January- never any new information sent to me I have to ask, and emailed January 30 when no one updated me and was ignored, emailed again today on February 3 asking yet again for a refund since my last email was completely ignored per update requests and now have an email confirming refund. Never received what I paid for and never ordering again. Lack of updates to customer shows no interest in providing customer service. Spam promotions for discount sales received in mass while waiting for what I paid for. Will notify my bank to ensure the refund is received promptly- disappointed in lack of interest to tell customers they are not capable of fulfilling orders, yet continue to steer sales with emailed coupon codes.

Arrived well packed and in good condition. Got them in the ground before the snow and cold. Now I’m just waiting on spring weather.

Shipping container was spot on. Received my two trees as described both appeared healthy and small buds were visible. Unable to plant them because of frozen ground so they are stored in the cool basement space. Will probably order again from TyTy

Trees aren't supposed to come until March, so I'll have to update then, but the transaction process was smooth so far.
