I’ve purchased a Beech tree from TyTy about 6 years ago. I can to this website because they have tres that I can’t find in nurseries near me. This time I bought a Red Haven peach tree. I will receive it in the spring. I’m satisfied with my previous purchase so I expect that this will be satisfying as well. Process of ordering online was easy and communication about receiving my order was smooth and consistent until product arrived.

Sent me a Palm Tree w/ a fungal Leaf Spot all throughout the whole plant. When trying to discuss options they told to trim the damaged fronds & It should continue to grow as normal(Which in reality is true) or i could send it back for a refund. Yet palm fronds take months to grow & Most young trees only have very little. I find it very bad business practice to let someone spend $150 on a plant & Then send one out that has infection all throughout the plant.(The red spots fungal doesn't appear over night) They chose that one & sent it. I have over 25 palm trees on my property in the SE, so i know that this happens die to our weather & it can be treated. Very bad business practice still, Will never do business again with ya'll & Will make sure every one i know & On reddit does the same

Great company! Fast shipping and packaging was very secured. They give detailed directions on handling and replanting. This was our second purchase and it definitely won’t be our last!

I have ordered a couple of times now and the trees are always in great shape. I have also had to contact customer service with questions and customer service has been responsive and helpful every time. Shipping was fast. I have ordered trees before from another nursery and waited months for them to ship the trees. Tyty has always shipped when they said they would.

Although the Kentucky cold winter has prevented any outdoor planting, TyTy got my order out promptly. Hopefully spring isn't to far away to begin the growing season.

I ordered a grave vein from TY TY. It never really thrived or grew. It is still alive but only barely. Based on this experience and the poor quality plant I received, I will not do business with them in the future.
