Everything about this purchase was easy. The selection of crinum bulbs was the best I could find anywhere. The bulbs are beautiful, big and healthy, and I'll get them in the ground today. Can't wait to see them bloom this Summer. The one I bought this time last year was beautiful!

I ordered fruit trees on Jan 2 thru your online store. I've recieved several emails since to allow me to order more items. I have received emails telling my order is still delayed. I've not received any part of my oder yet. To me an experience would constitute receiving the products and giving a judgment of it.

You took my money now, even though you won't deliver for another 2.5 months. Most vendors bill when they send the merchandise out.
I followed directions to apply a refund from last year's failed trees, but you didn't apply that when you took my money.
So far, this isn't going very well from my perspective.

I ordered blueberry and raspberry plants. All arrived in good shape.
One raspberry plant didn't have much roots and both have been planted so I will see how they do.
Blueberry plants have plenty of roots.
The only negative aspect of the experience is taking off the the abundant amount of tape used on the wrap on the roots.
All planted and awaiting spring.

My original plants arrived not in the best shape, then they died all 3 plants. It was a battle to get them to honor their own replacement policy. About a year later I had a customer service rep contact me. She pushed it through and I received my plants yesterday. She was wonderful at communication. Thank you for your persistence

I love the offering you have especially for wildlife habitat. I ordered some berry bushes for my new habitat property and was concerned about getting them and holding them until I can make to down to NW FL to plane them. I was surprised and overjoyed when I received the email telling me due to weather expectations you would hold my shipment until conditions were better. I am SO VERY happy with TY TY Nursery support!
