I ordered an all-in-one almond tree, 4-5 feet tall. It arrived within a week or so well packaged and in great shape. The roots were wrapped snuggly in soil and water-holding media. I ordered the fertilizer packet as well and it came with instructions on the packet. It was a quick and easy job to plant the tree and I am expecting it to thrive this Spring as it wakes up.

Shipment arrived quickly, and when specified. Others I have tried don't ship until April. Plants looked good, only disappointment was the Big *** Blueberry, really wasn't. It was kind of beat up. But it will likely survive ok.

I’ve enjoyed working with TyTy in the past, but I’m not impressed by this recent experience. I understand it was the holiday season, but it’s taken nearly 2 weeks just to ship my order (in fact, it hasn’t shipped yet). Likewise, their actual prices for plants are generally lower, but TyTy shipping rates border on ridiculous. In my experience, It negates any “savings”, even when using a coupon. So then, if TyTy isn’t superior in quality or delivery speed, I’m not sure why I’d return - apart from my warranty if this plant arrives dead.

Won't ship until spring now. Our temps here have been in the 60's most of Nov and Dec. But they have a canned response not to ship because freezing ground in our area.
