asked their warranty, I have had success with their bare root trees, and the few over several years that did fail, they backed with warrantee.

i think I ordered 4 plantz but received three. One is dead for which I am requesting replacement.I thought thesewere bulbs that could be planted in the fall. No instructions from seller, so I am potting and grow lighting for winter. If I get replacement, will reevaluate. Oh yeah, no way to telephone.

As I was driving through the state of Georgia
I stopped in for a pomegranate fruit tree
They were very courteous and polite and helped me out in picking one
Keep up the good work

Quality was poor. High prices, out of my 5 trees one never grew, and another leaved then died. I receiced a credit for one, and requested refund on another. I have been issued credits. However I will never order after I use credits. I am not pleased with quality, wish I could get a cash refund. quality of trees is poor. However they have been nice and done what they promised. After replacement os two of 5 trees, I won't purchase again.

Good communication. Planting during dormant season, so not sure about growth of this plant you. However, I planted a mulberry tree last spring that looks very healthy and is doing well.

I’ve ordered 3 trees over the past couple of years. A persimmon, a pear and a plum. All have died. Instead of a refund, I was only offered “store credit”. Which I highly doubt I’ll use give my experience. But I guess that’s what they are counting on.

Very nice people. I had some trouble redeeming a coupon, but when I called a nice person fixed everything up.

Your email said up to 77% off and an additional 20% off. When I opened the link there was nothing marked down though I was able to get the 20% off at checkout. What gives?

Bought trees on sale. 3 didn’t survive.
Wanted same trees but Ty not will ing to honor sale price.
Suggested I pay attention to your sales pitches.
I believe you should replace trees w same wo an up charge be use they’re not on sale.
Implication is the sale trees were of lesser quality. Not what I u seafood when I bought them.

I have purchased fruit trees, grape & berry vines from TyTy. Generally all are thriving and I have fruit. Where one or another did not survive, TyTy has been great to provide credit. I will keep buying in the future.
