Plants arrived but seem small and dying. I followed instructions, soaked them, and planted them. The kiwi Plants died within 1 month. The other two revived and old leaves fell off and some new leaved bedded. Wonder if they will replace my kiwi plants?

I ordered 2 trees last month and fully paid for them. The website mentioned they will be shipped when conditions are met but did NOT mention an expected time frame or season. When I called, I was told it will most likely ship in December! You should specify under each tree the expected month to ship or best time to order based on state. At the very least, do NOT charge my credit card until the time when you remove the plan and ship it!! You have charged my credit card more than 250$ and I still don't know when will I be receiving the plants, whether in 3 months or later! I am traveling in December xmas-year and I hope it won't ship when I am traveling or have to wait till after new year and then gets cancelled because it is too cold.

Ordering and receiving were excellent. I bought 2 apple trees, 1 peach tree, and 2 blackberry bushes. The only thing that has thrived is the peach tree. Both bushes does even with the up most care. My apple trees seemed dormant. Then the granny Smith just snapped off. Trying to reach customer service to get assistance has been impossible. The beginning is great but they have no follow through with their plants and 1 year warranty

I purchased TyTy's Paw paw plant back in December it was mailed in late March since ground was frozen in my area. The plant never produced a leaf.
I made another purchase on about late April for another type of paw paw plant the plant arrived withered. Both instances I was asked a scratch test to get a refund FOR THE PRICE OF THE PLANT excluding tax and shipping.
I feel like a whole season on plant growth was taken away from me because the scratch test can take so long to reveal that the plant is fully dead and I had to bleed more money for dead plant.

I ordered 4 shrubs and I flowering vine. The vine flourished but all of the shrubs died. The shrubs didn't look well when they arrived but customer service assured me they were just in shock. None of the bushes ever recovered. Filing a Plantsurance claim was a pain and I only received credit for 3 of the 4 bushes with no explanation why they didn't approve all 4 claims. Would not order from them again.
